John C. Cruden, District of Columbia Life Fellow, Judge John M. Ferren, District of Columbia Life Fellow, and Marna S. Tucker, District of Columbia Patron Fellow, were among those honored at the D.C. Bar 2022 Convention.
All of the honorees were recognized for their careers and accomplishments that have helped moved the profession forward, opened a path for others to follow and advanced the Bar’s mission to promote access to justice.
Mr. Cruden is currently a principal at Beveridge & Diamond and has had a long career in government, private practice and the military. Judge Ferren served for more than four decades on the D.C. Court of Appeals and has been a senior judge since 1999. Ms. Tucker is a founder and senior partner at Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell LLP, in addition to becoming the first woman president of the D.C. Bar in 1984.
