To honor the work and legacy of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Sourcebooks has made a generous donation to the American Bar Foundation (ABF). Sourcebooks made the donation in honor of Justice Ginsburg to continue the ABF’s work on behalf of advancing research and education on the administration of justice.
Sourcebooks, Inc. is an independent book publisher located in Naperville, Illinois. The company publishes books, ebooks, and digital products, and is one of the twenty largest publishers in the United States. It was founded in 1987 and is also the largest woman-owned publisher in North America.
In September, Sourcebooks announced that they would donate half of the profits from sales of the 2021 Legacy of Ruth Bader Ginsburg Wall Calendar to causes that the late Justice believed in and supported throughout her life. A portion of these proceeds went to the ABF. The 12-month wall calendar is a year-long tribute that includes dynamic art from thirteen female artists with diverse backgrounds, and the most moving and memorable quotes from Ginsburg’s groundbreaking career.
