Stuart Riback, Fellow, was appointed to a three-year term on the ABA Standing Committee on Professionalism by ABA President Bill Bay. The Standing Committee on Professionalism assists ABA entities, bar associations, the judiciary, law schools, and the legal community in the development and coordination of professionalism initiatives.
The Committee also is known for the E. Smythe Gambrell Professionalism Awards, which recognize innovative professionalism programs. Riback was recommended for the role by the ABA Business Law Section, where he has been active for over twenty years and in which he served three years as Chair of the Business and Corporate Litigation Committee.
Riback is currently a Partner at Wilk Auslander in their New York office. His practice focuses on litigation, bankruptcy and creditors rights and intellectual property. In addition to being a Fellow of the ABF, he is also a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America.
