Professor Atiba Ellis, District of Columbia Fellow, published a piece on voter intimidation in the 2022 midterms for The Conversation. The article details the history of voter intimidation and how it has changed in the 21st century.

Professor Ellis joined the Marquette University Law School faculty in 2018, after teaching for nine years at the West Virginia University College of Law and after serving as the Boden Visiting Professor of Law at Marquette Law School in the fall of 2017.
