Matthew D. Rowe, Wisconsin Fellow, joined the board of directors for the Milwaukee based Badger Institute. The Badger Institute was formerly known as the Wisconsin Policy Research Institute and was established in 1987.
The Badger Institute is a nonpartisan, non-profit institute that works to engage and energize Wisconsinites and others in discussions and timely action on key policy issues. The research and public education acitivites that the institute puts forth are directed to identify and promote public policies in Wisconsin that are fair, accountable and cost-effective.
Rowe currently serves as president of Ruder Ware and has been a long-time member of the firm’s Board of Directors. In addition to being a Fellow of the ABF, he is a Fellow of the Wisconsin Law Foundation. He has served as chairman of the board for Aspirus Inc., in addition to boards of director roles with the Dan Storey Foundation, the Victor and Helen Geisel Foundation, Meritas®, and the Greater Wausau Prosperity Partnership.
