- David McCraw, Life Fellow; Deputy General Counsel, The New York Times; and
- Laura Beth Nielsen, ABF Research Professor; Professor and Chair, Department of Sociology, Northwestern University
The presentation will take on this important and timely topic by discussing the legal, sociological, and philosophical foundations as well as practical considerations for constitutional free expression and its relation to American law and democracy.
