Fellows CLE Program: “Race, Law, and the Mind Sciences: The Many Implications of Implicit Bias” (8:30 am – 10:00 am)

For the past decade, legal scholars have been increasingly turning to the mind sciences, including the literature on implicit biases, to engage a range of complex legal problems. This session will discuss the importance of the mind sciences to debates about policing, affirmative action, and employment discrimination.

This working lunch is a great opportunity for State Chairs to interact with the Fellows Staff and Officers, and to share ideas with other State Chairs. We will also recognize the work of outgoing Fellows State, International, and Territorial Chairs.
