Anna Mercado Clark, Fellow, began her term as the president of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association at the NAPABA Annual Meeting in Indianapolis. She has previously served as the Northeast Regional Governor for NAPABA.
NAPABA is the nation’s largest Asian Pacific American membership organization, featuring over 60,000 attorneys, judges, law professors, and law students and nearly 90 national, state, and local Pacific bar associations.
Ms. Clark is currently a partner at Phillips Lytle, specifically leading the Data Security & Privacy and E-Discovery & Digital Forensics Practice Teams and serving as co-team leader of the firm’s Cryptocurrency & Bitcoin Mining Practice Team. She also serves as the firm’s chief information and security officer and was named to its governing committee in February of 2023.
