Alison Ashe-Card, Life Fellow, was recently elected to the National Association of Law Placement Board of Directors. Her three-year term that begins with president-elect began on April 19 during NALP’s annual meeting in Boston.
NALP is an association of over 3000 legal career professionals who advise law students, lawyers, law offices, and law schools in North America and beyond. Ashe-Card’s term will include three phases, president-elect, president, and immediate past president.
Ashe-Card is currently the Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Duke Law. She currently serves in a number of volunteer and pro bono capacities, including on the boards of the North Carolina Bar Association, North Carolina Bar Foundation, The Winston-Salem Foundation Piedmont Federal Savings Bank, and Triad American Heart Association.
